AFTER BUSINESS HOURS 

Emergencies: Call our answering service at 603-748-9467.  We will respond to any emergency call promptly.  DO NOT TEXT – any text sent after hours will not be responded to until the next business day.  

Non-Emergencies: Click HERE to submit maintenance requests online 24/7 through Buildium resident portal:

Any non-emergency issues will be responded to on the next business day. 

The following are examples of emergencies:  

  • Major Electrical Issue – examples; active sparks coming from plugs or switches, exposed live wires.  
  • No Heat 
  • Plumbing - examples: clogged toilet, water leaking from ceiling/walls, water overflowing from toilet/sinks
  • Smoke/Carbon Alarms - going off 
  • In the case of fire or other medical emergencies, please call 911.
